Data we collect

When you fill out the demo request form on our Contact page, we collect:

• Your name, job title, and company name
• Your email address and WhatsApp number
• The product you're interested in, your estimated employee count, and any message you write
• When you need the system and your budget status, if you choose to answer those optional fields

We also store a technical session cookie (for form security) and one preference in your browser's localStorage — whether you've dismissed the announcement bar. Neither is used to track you across other sites.

How we use it

We use this data solely to follow up on your demo request — to contact you back, understand your operational needs, and prepare a relevant demo. We do not use it to send marketing material without separate consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on the explicit consent you give via the checkbox when submitting the form, in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

How long we keep it

We retain demo request data for a maximum of 24 months from the date you submit it, or until you request earlier deletion — whichever comes first.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data. It is only passed to technical service providers who help us run this site — for example, hosting and email delivery providers — to the extent needed to get your request to our team.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. To make a request, contact us via our Contact page and state your request explicitly in the message field.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data you submit, including rate-limiting form submissions to prevent automated abuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent update always appears at the top of this page.
