Conventional shuttle operations were losing margin due to invisible inefficiencies: manual ticketing with long queues, rigid pricing that left empty seats wasted during off-peak hours, manual multi-pool coordination via WhatsApp, and high capital costs for physical outlets.
Transformation Solution
We designed and integrated INEX Shuttle OS—an end-to-end white-label platform. The solution automated e-ticketing via WhatsApp, implemented real-time GPS fleet tracking, enabled seamless cashless payments, and deployed AI Yield Optimization to trigger automatic promotions for vacant seats a few hours before departure.
Results & Business Impact
In the Pasteur-Kuningan pilot route, the system successfully went live in 4 weeks. Cash leaks dropped significantly due to automatic cashless transactions, and the AI effectively filled off-peak seats with dynamic promos without starting a price war.
