Terms of Service

Welcome to Indonesian Standard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, custom artificial intelligence consulting services (Custom AI), and our ready-to-deploy logistics software platform (Indonesian Express / INEX) provided by PT. Cinta Karya Kita ("We", "Us", "The Company").
By accessing our services, you ("Client", "User") fully agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide two primary service models:
- Custom AI Services: The development, architecture, and integration of bespoke AI solutions via Sprint, Dedicated Team, or Exclusive Consultant engagements.
- INEX Platform: An end-to-end shuttle and logistics operational management system provided via Cloud Subscription (SaaS) or an Enterprise License (White-label).
2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
The division of ownership is governed as follows:
- Custom AI Deliverables: The Client retains 100% ownership of the source code, models, and documentation developed specifically and exclusively for the Client under a Custom AI project, contingent upon full payment.
- INEX Copyright & Base Frameworks: The INEX platform, including but not limited to the AI Yield Optimization algorithms, interfaces, and core architecture, remains the absolute intellectual property of PT. Cinta Karya Kita. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with the selected purchasing scheme.
- Restrictions: The Client is strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, copying, or redistributing the INEX core code without explicit written consent.
3. Payment Terms
- Billing Transparency: Sprint services are billed at a flat rate. Dedicated and Consultant services are billed monthly. The INEX platform is billed according to the subscription cycle or upfront for Enterprise Licenses.
- Delinquency: We reserve the right to suspend access to the INEX system or halt AI service deployment if payments exceed the agreed due dates stipulated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Representations and Warranties
We are committed to executing our services using industry-best methodologies. However, ROI simulations, projected occupancy increases, or operational efficiencies (as featured in our case studies/insights) are targeted projections based on algorithms and historical data, and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of future financial performance.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PT. Cinta Karya Kita be liable for any indirect, incidental damages, or loss of revenue resulting from system downtime beyond our control, third-party provider disruptions (such as cloud hosting or payment gateways), or manual data entry errors by the Client's staff.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the East Jakarta District Court.
